Telesales Executive
Location: B3, Birmingham
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday
Friday: Home working
NOT A TRAINEE/ENTRY LEVEL ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join a busy and growing team based in Birmingham city centre.
Working across a variety of campaigns, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, generating interest in products and services, and building positive relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Promoting products and services across different campaigns
- Building rapport and identifying customer needs
- Updating and maintaining accurate records
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Not afraid of making high volumes of outbound calls
- Previous telesales, sales, call centre or customer service experience is beneficial
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
