VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Evesham
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
OTE: Up to £41,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostic and repair work while ensuring all vehicles are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
andmiddot;Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
andmiddot;Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems
andmiddot;Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
andmiddot;Carrying out repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards
andmiddot;Working towards productivity and efficiency targets
andmiddot;Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
andmiddot;Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and manufacturer standards
andmiddot;Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
andmiddot;Working closely with the wider workshop and aftersales team

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
andmiddot;Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
andmiddot;Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
andmiddot;The ability to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
andmiddot;The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
andmiddot;A positive and proactive attitude
andmiddot;Strong teamwork and communication skills
andmiddot;A willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge
andmiddot;A full UK Driving Licence
An MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
