The Supply Register is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Northampton.

Working in partnership with the Greenwood Trust, we offer a range of opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements within supportive local schools.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Roles may include:

• General classroom support
• Small-group interventions
• 1:1 pupil support
• Supporting pupils with SEND

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
