At Xander Recruitment Group we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs / learning disabilities / autism / complex needs in a variety of settings ranging from residential / supported living and community settings across the Greater Manchester and Merseryside areas. Your goal is to promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care.

• Implement and follow individual care plans and risk assessments.

• Administer medication in line with company policies and training (where applicable).

• Support participation in community activities, education, or employment.

• Maintain accurate daily logs, shift handovers, and incident records.

Essential Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns (including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required).

• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service preferred but not essential

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable but not essential
