Site Manager

Job Description
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee M&E and building services projects across healthcare environments in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire.
You'll manage works from mobilisation and planning through to completion, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery with minimal disruption to live operations.

This role covers refurbishment, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works, with responsibility for subcontractors, programmes, site compliance and stakeholder coordination.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you'll:
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E and building services projects.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and associated building services works.
  • Plan and sequence activities to minimise disruption within live healthcare environments.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams against programme and specification.
  • Monitor project progress and take action to address delays and delivery risks.
  • Complete site inspections covering workmanship, materials, quality and compliance.
  • Manage RAMS, permits, health and safety requirements and site documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, consultants and operational teams.
  • Support progress reporting, variations, cost information and technical issue resolution.
About You

To be successful as the Site Manager, you'll have:
  • Proven site management experience across M&E or building services projects.
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare or other live environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
  • Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or asset replacement works.
  • Strong subcontractor, supplier and multi-trade coordination experience.
  • Good knowledge of RAMS, permits, health and safety and site compliance.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire.
