SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary - £29,000 to £32.000 basic
Working Hours - Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
Location - Avonmouth

My client one of the leading Commercial Main Dealers globally is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / for their Avonmouth Depot.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
andmiddot;Writing orders for repair work
andmiddot;Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
andmiddot;Up selling after sales services
andmiddot;Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
andmiddot;Excellent communication skills
andmiddot;Second to none Customer Service skills
andmiddot;Enthusiasm and is hard working
andmiddot;Self-motivated and a team player
andmiddot;Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
andmiddot;Motor trade experience is essential
