Senior Delivery Consultant (Embedded)

A recruitment agency based near London Bridge are actively seeking several experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultants to join them ASAP for an urgent embedded project.

• 3-4 days in the office
• Salary negotiable as they are able to hire at a number of levels for the role
• You will be working embedded with the client on a 6 months FTC with possibility for extension or permanent contract after
• You will be hiring into UK and Europe for Tech and non tech roles.
• -1K guaranteed bonus per month as well as opportunity to make additional bonus and commission
• You will be working on a mix of Perm and contract roles at all levels, so experience hiring at Director level plus would also be useful
• The ideal delivery consultant will have worked on a range of tech and non tech roles and have recruited internationally into Europe.
• Ideally the Delivery consultant will have at least 3 years Recruitment experience either in a delivery or 360 position working closely with clients
• You will need to work in a very consultative way and have a lot of experience managing process and client expectations and have strong communication skills
