An innovative Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to grow their Knutsford office and help with their high-rise residential projects across the Northwest.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a fast-paced consultancy, working closely alongside experienced specialists to deliver a range of exciting high rise residential schemes.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will work across both QS and EA duties, supporting the wider team throughout the project lifecycle while working closely with Directors and more senior members of the consultancy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Ideally High-End Residential experience
• Experience working within a UK PQS / Construction Consultancy
• Strong communication skills
• Can work well within a team
• Commutable to Knutsford
