We are currently working with an established faandccedil;ade and cladding contractor who is looking to strengthen their commercial team with Quantity Surveyors at various levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for commercially minded individuals with experience in the faandccedil;ade and cladding sector who are looking for a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

The Role

• Commercial management of faandccedil;ade and cladding packages from initial stages through to final account.

• Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and payments.

• Monitoring project costs, budgets and profitability.

• Preparing and submitting applications for payment.

• Identifying and managing commercial risks.

• Working closely with project teams to ensure successful commercial delivery.

Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the faandccedil;ade, cladding or building envelope sector is essential.

• Strong understanding of commercial processes and construction contracts.

• Experience managing variations, valuations and final accounts.

• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
