Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with strong plumbing skills looking for a varied role within a growing facilities and maintenance business?

We are seeking a practical and customer-focused individual to join a busy maintenance team, carrying out a wide range of building fabric and plumbing works across hospitality properties throughout the Bournemouth area.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair works, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key duties will include:

• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
• General repairs and maintenance
• Installing and making good plasterboard
• Fitting skirting boards and boxing-in pipework
• Internal and external decorating
• Completing reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Ordering and managing materials required for jobs
• Liaising directly with clients on-site
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
• Supporting the wider team to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Experience within building maintenance, facilities management, or property services
• A strong plumbing background
• Competency across general building fabric maintenance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using handheld devices or maintenance management systems
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A proactive and problem-solving approach
