Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd (BRS) is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing projects in Hull.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced operative with a range of building and maintenance skills, capable of carrying out repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• General building repairs and maintenance.

• Brickwork, plastering and rendering.

• Basic plumbing and carpentry repairs.

• Tiling, patching and making good.

• Kitchen and bathroom repairs and general property maintenance.

• Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance.

• Working within occupied properties in a professional and respectful manner.

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder or Maintenance Operative.

• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties preferred.

• Good all-round building and maintenance skills.

• Valid CSCS card preferred.

• Own tools and PPE.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
