Day to day as a Legionella Risk Assessor

• Assessing domestic hot and cold water systems on residential and commercial sites
• Inspecting tanks, calorifiers, water heaters, booster sets, TMVs and pipework
• Recording full asset details, including make, model and serial number
• Sketching schematics on site
• Completing and submitting each assessment before leaving site
• Covering sites around London and the South East

What you'll bring

• Experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments on your own
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580-1
• Comfortable using digital reporting on site
• Full UK driving licence
