HGV Service Technician

Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
OTE: £58,375 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, alternating shifts
Location: Reading

The Role
As an HGV Service Technician, you will help maintain and repair heavy commercial vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and compliant with relevant standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs
andmiddot;Identifying problems and finding effective solutions
andmiddot;Working efficiently under time pressures while maintaining high standards
andmiddot;Following health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
andmiddot;At least three years' hands-on experience as an HGV Technician
andmiddot;A relevant technical qualification or proven practical experience
andmiddot;Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
andmiddot;A proactive, problem-solving approach
andmiddot;Good communication and teamwork skills
