Our client is seeking an experienced x2 Groundworkers for a contract on-projects across-South. Hampshire, Dorset, and the furthest job is Swansea.-This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

2 x CSCS Groundworkers / Groundworker & 360 Machine Operator

Location: Various sites across the South (Hampshire, Dorset & occasionally Swansea)
Start Date: 09/11/2026
Pay Rates:

• Groundworker: -21.50 per hour
• Groundworker / 360 Machine Operator: -23.00 per hour

We are currently looking for 2 experienced CSCS Groundworkers to join a team working on various projects across the South of England.

Ideally, we are looking for a pair of groundworkers who already work well together. Candidates with a utilities background would be particularly suited to this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of helical piles / screw piles using 2m tubes with helix ends.
• Structural slab work, including steel mesh installation and concrete.
• General groundworks duties.
• Underpinning experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Operating a 3-tonne excavator where required.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card-
• At least one candidate must hold an NPROS or CPCS 360 excavator ticket.
• Previous groundworks experience is essential.
• Utilities background would be beneficial.
• Experience with piling, screw piles or structural slab work is advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Information: A 3-tonne excavator will be delivered to each job site before the operatives are due to start, so no machine transport will be required.
