A well-established fire protection company is looking for an experienced Fire Compartmentation Surveyor to join their team on a 7-week contract based in Exeter.

This is a great opportunity for a confident fire surveyor with experience in compartmentation surveys and fire doors, looking for consistent work over the contract period.

• Carrying out fire compartmentation surveys across a range of properties
• Inspecting fire stopping, compartment walls and floors
• Identifying defects, breaches and areas of non-compliance
• Carrying out some fire door inspections
• Recording defects and providing accurate survey reports
• Identifying areas requiring remedial works
• Working independently on site and managing your workload
• Liaising with site contacts where required

• Proven experience in fire compartmentation surveying
• Experience with fire door inspections
• Strong understanding of fire safety standards and building regulations
• Experience identifying fire stopping defects and compartmentation breaches
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage site requirements
• Full UK driving licence

• -220 per day
• 7-week contract
