Location: Wembley, HA9 Brent, London

Rate: -21.66 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a well-established social housing maintenance contract covering the Brent area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in responsive repairs and occupied properties who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out floor laying repairs and replacements within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Install and repair a variety of floor coverings including vinyl, safety flooring and laminate.
• Prepare subfloors and complete associated making-good works.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
