Are you an enthusiastic fabric engineer, with experience spanning carpentry maintenance within commercial buildings, looking for a new, exciting role in London?

This is a foot mobile role in central London, mostly in zones 1 to 2, where you will be given a portfolio of stores for which you will be responsible for the fabric maintenance. You will be working in a team of qualified engineers and you will love the supportive working environment.

Your role will include:

• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Doors, door closures
• Locks, windows
• Walls, ceilings

This role would suit a maintenance technician with a background in carpentry. A carpentry qualification would be ideal for this role. Ideally you will have worked in a foot mobile role previously.
