Customer Service Advisor - Christmas Temporary Role

Pay: -12.71 per hour + monthly team commission
Contract: 2nd November 2026-31st January 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-6pm, five days a week

TeamJobs are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to support a luxury retail brand through its busy festive season.

The role

You'll support customers throughout their shopping experience, handling largely email-based enquiries alongside inbound calls and live chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering questions about products, orders and deliveries.

• Helping customers with returns, replacements and aftercare enquiries.

• Resolving complaints with care and professionalism.

• Providing accurate updates and keeping customer records up to date.

• Working with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience during a busy period.

What we're looking for

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, an office or a contact centre.

• Strong written communication, spelling and attention to detail.

• A friendly, confident telephone manner.

• Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

• Availability for the assignment, including some weekend shifts.

Hours and working arrangements

You'll work 9am-6pm with a one-hour lunch break, five days per week on a rota, with two consecutive days off.

Weekdays are office based in Fernhurst, with the potential to work from home on weekend shifts once trained. All training takes place in person, and equipment is provided.

Any pre-booked holiday during November or December must be discussed when applying.
