Shift Patten = 4On 4Off Days and Nights Rotating.

Days = £47,080 Basic + Overtime
Nights = £52,182 Basic + Overtime

To carry out the inspection, servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and operational support of four rail mounted gantry cranes in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The role requires a strong mechanical and/or electrical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
andmiddot;Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on cranes..
andmiddot;Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently.
andmiddot;Perform repairs, component replacements, and adjustments to ensure equipment remains operational and compliant.
andmiddot;Conduct inspections in line with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
andmiddot;Support commissioning, testing, and handover of cranes and lifting systems.
andmiddot;Complete service reports, inspection documents, and maintenance records accurately.
andmiddot;Liaise with customers and site teams professionally.
andmiddot;Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and health & safety legislation.
andmiddot;Maintain tools, company vehicle, and equipment in good condition.
andmiddot;Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

I would be extending the search to heavy plant mechanics and maintenance engineers also as the skills are transferable.
