  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and operational stakeholders to investigate queries, resolve accounting issues and improve the accuracy of financial information.
  • Support the allocation of shared expenses across group companies, including intercompany recharges and transfer pricing arrangements.

  • Experience within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable. Candidates from large, complex multinational organisations with relevant accounting experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to intercompany transactions, shared cost allocations or transfer pricing would be beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with confidence handling and analysing large financial datasets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines in a busy reporting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across finance and wider business functions.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in strengthening financial processes, controls and automation.
