Commercial Plumbing Engineer
£50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Commercial Plumbing Engineer looking for a role that properly rewards your skills?

Penguin Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business that has delivered planned and reactive building services across Central London for over 20 years.

As a Commercial Plumbing Engineer, you'll be:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial and domestic sites
• Diagnosing and fixing faults across a wide range of systems and appliances
• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix work, testing and commissioning
• Building good relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Mentoring apprentices and helping raise standards across the team

What you'll need:

• Time-served, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in gas and plumbing
• Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems
• ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
• Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable, or willingness to work towards them
• Valid CSCS card and clean UK driving licence
