Architectural Technician
Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

A national multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering projects across the industrial, commercial, office and rail sectors, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to strengthen its Hull team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Create drawing packages in Revit
• Prepare building regulations drawings and construction details
• Produce tender drawings and supporting information packages
• Coordinate architectural information with other members of the project team
• Attend site visits and carry out surveys to check technical compliance

What the client is looking for:

• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
• Relevant post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician in a UK practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience viewed as a bonus
• A good working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical ability, with experience of producing drawings across RIBA Stages 3-6
• A background in commercial or industrial projects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Living within a commutable distance of Hull
