Aftersales Coordinator (Service / Engineering)

£35,000 - £40,000 + KPI Related Bonus + 36 Days Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Birthday Week Friday Off + Company Car + Company Benefits

Are you a commercially minded Sales or Aftersales professional who enjoys building relationships and winning business?

Working across an established machinery support business and a growing lifecycle services division, you'll develop aftermarket sales while helping build new business. You'll work with customers, OEMs and senior decision-makers, backed by experienced management and strong commercial and technical mentoring.

You'll develop spare parts sales across an established customer base while following up quotations and identifying new opportunities. You'll also build new service and lifecycle business, working with management to develop and progress tailored proposals.

This role would suit a B2B Sales Executive, Aftersales Executive or Account Manager looking to build a career in technical sales, engineering and machinery.

The Role:

• Develop sales of recommended and critical spare parts across the customer base
• Follow up quotations and identify reasons for lost or delayed sales
• Build relationships with customers and understand their purchasing requirements
• Identify replenishment and aftermarket sales opportunities
• Develop new service and lifecycle business with OEMs and machinery manufacturers
• Meet customers across the UK and identify their service and support requirements

The Person:

• Experience in sales, service, commercial or technical environment
• Experience selling consultative or higher-value products/services
• Full UK driving licence
